About the event
This month we're reading Bringing Down the Duke by Evie Dunmore, the first book in the A League of Extraordinary Women series. Bringing Down the Duke is a historical rom-com set during the Victorian era of England and features a poor female student at Oxford University and the duke that she has to recruit to her feminist cause in order to retain her scholarship.
Copies of the book are available at Queen Takes Book and can be purchased at 10% off in-store through March 13th. You can also order through Bookshop.org (paperback) or Libro.fm (audiobook) to support local independent bookstores.
